Smh. Looks can be deceiving. Excellent customer service is just hard to find sometimes. As a business owner, You show thrive off presentation and marketing. Thank God for the renewing of my mind n heart. I wanna keep thriving for greatness n lets say we hope this place does too. 3hrs feet and hands looks horrible SAME DAY chipping uneven etc I hope i contributed to better products for the price i paid. Continue to grow n humble thy self.

I was initially pleased with my nails, but not so much anymore. Less than 3 days in, and the nails started to peel off. I’m not getting my nails done anymore – after 4 years of searching, I thought I finally found the perfect place, but after this, I just give up. ðŸ˜

Friendly service, convenient location that’s close to downtown Cleveland. City Nails provided quality services to help me look my best for my interview. I got a manicure and face waxing. I up to this point never had a manicure before, but I realize that interviewers completely look you over, so I took a chance. City Nails’ friendly staff member, Kelly made me look totally professional! They’re awesome, if you are in the Hispanic Villa area, please give them a try!
