always a good experience here, everyone is super nice and I’m always asked for inspiration pictures. they always do what I ask and I never leave disappointed

I don’t usually leave reviews but I called in after hours not knowing they were closed and Vivian took me in after hours and despite that it was after hours she took her time on my manicure and pedicure and was patient when I was doubtful of the color or design I wanted. Gave me some suggestions and helped me choose! She was very detailed and did an amazing job on my feet, left them clean and did a beautiful elegant French tip as well and French manicure. So beautiful, detailed and clean! Lovd Vivian’s service. Definitely recommend her and will be going back!!

They make up their own prices. They charged us $70 for nails that was supposed to only be $50, then they told us the charge $1.50 per nail if you want another shape then then the normal shape. They charge you for things they did on there own with out you asking. We spent $330 on 3 full sets and 2 $28 pedicures. The prices didn’t make since and we called asked for pricing before we walked in. Then nobody knew the prices they had to go ask the manager what to charge everyone. I’ll never go back we was not happy with our service…. They forced a tip. There was no way 3 basic manicures with nail art (#30 ) on two nails of one person and 2 basic pedicures was $330

I forgot to ask the lady’s name but they did an awesome work on my daughter and me ,i will definitely going back again. I really like there work

I came here for a pedicure with a friend of mine which is the only reason for coming here😭. This place is completely hit and miss more miss, I love my friend but not this nail place, I go next to a deli on Florida by Harvard awesome place! Anyway within 2 days that polish started coming off, that has only happened 3 other times EVER in my life. She kept pushing the gel polish, I never get gel on my toes, my toes don’t do anything I don’t know if she didn’t apply the top coat, that’s happened b4, cuz she was pushing that gel coat like a car salesman you know what I mean. I did give 3 stars cuz she rocked the toe art 😉

When I came in today there was a girl cleaning the pedicure chairs which I liked seeing. Also I got the same lady as last time and she was so nice and she remembered me. She did a great job on my nails and I had a really nice relaxing experience which is what it’s suppose to be ❤️
Update: yes I know but when I was leaving, I wrote this review in the chair, I was charged 15 over the price for my package. It has suddenly gone from 45 to 60 and I was indulging at 45! I’m guessing it was partially for the gel she put on without asking. I didn’t know until the heater thinger was on my toes 🤨 and then she said she had to do a nail repair 😳 God bless my nails were in a mess but I didn’t know cutting was repairing. Anyway back to my other place where you know what you getting and you get what you pay for 🙏🏻
