We were celebrating her birthday and just wanted some pampering.
We were never offered a menu to choose which pedicure we wanted. We were given the most basic blah pedicure I have ever received. I think the “massage” part lasted three min. My massage chair did not even work. Instead of offering me help the staff just looked at me like I did not know how to operate the chair. Fast forward to the manicure
. I have never had such a bad paint job. When it was time to check out I was absolutely blown away that the cost was $64 for such basic poor service. Maybe if you are a regular they treat you better than we were treated. I can honestly say this is the worst nail service I have ever received in 20 years of getting my nails and toes done. The pics of what my nails look like less than 12 hrs post appt.My mom and I went to get our nails done here. Place seemed clean but the majority of the staff wasn’t super friendly. Likewise, the nail tech kept cutting my mom’s fingers when clipping the cuticle so it was a bit painful. Her gel nails fell off the next morning and mine chipped on day 3.
