Love love love this place, I have been going here since 2017 and I mean they never disappoint. Took my friend here for the first time and she’s in love also. I also got a pedicure which is top tier. Jenny for nails and Bill for pedicure.

Not going to lie— I wish I had a better experience. I was not talked to until I had an issue with my nail color. I asked to kindly have them removed and all hell broke loose. The nail tech removed with such force that she made 3 nail beds bleed, and I cried. Jen eventually felt bad and talked to me; otherwise, she redid my nails, they turned out better, but I was sore for days. Second star is simply because my pedicure looks great.
My experience only became better because I was visibly upset, and the nail tech ended up being kinder. I was given her card and told my preference in color would be kept in mind NEXT time…

I called prior and asked if I needed to make an appointment and I was told “no, just come in”. I arrived 30 minutes later and was guided to a table and she put my hands in the bowl to soak and told me to pick out a color and that she would be right back. She then proceeded to do someone that walked in behind me’s nails (who also did not have an appointment) and I sat at the table for an hour and 15 minutes after she left. Someone finally sat down and without asking me proceeds to pop (what I think was in ingrown fingernail, just a little red on the side of my finger) and squeeze on it (ouch???). She then dipped this finger, with a now newly open blister/wound into the dip powder and put it away for future use. I was then charged full price after 2.5 hours there. Would not recommend ◡̈
