I really wanted to like this place. I had my nails done here twice before by Kathy. She is great. I had a pedicure today done by IRIS and it was terrible. I watched her literally rip my skin. Please see the attached photo to see the infection that showed up only 2 hours after. I called and they asked me to come back. It is Maundy Thursday and I have to go to church. I got my nails done for Easter weekend and now I have a bandage on my toe. I just wanted my money back but instead I got hung up on.

I would not recommend this place to anyone of color or Hispanic descent. I experienced blatant racism. I have never been treated so disrespectfully from someone I was paying to do a service. My sister who was with me also was treated by a male technician who did a rush job and never spoke to her directly. My pedicure was done very quickly, the shape of my nails were lopsided, and when I asked her to fix them, she acted like she didn’t want to touch me and never fixed the issue.

I got my nails done here for my upcoming wedding and they came out beautiful. I got a full set of gel nails with french tips on my hands and a full set of french tips gel on my toes (not pictured)
I’m very happy with the service.

I know this place of business has had some bad reviews due to a recent video that was posted about a young pregnant lady not helped during a fall, They offered their assistance and was denied the lady continued to get her nails done with no issues! I am here to say that the individuals that own and work here are BEYOND amazing! I have been coming here for years, I have received top notch service, the family and friends that I refer here are TREATED with respect. Iris is an excellent nail technician that goes above what is asked of her while doing my nails!!
