I had a 1:00pm appointment that the salon confirmed. I called to let them know I would be running 15 mins late and the guy stated that it was fine because they were running a little behind. I arrive at the salon around 1:30 and checked in. I was there for a soak off and a full set, I wasn’t seated in a chair to soak off until 2:30 pm. I then was left to soak my fingers and nails for 45 mins in acetone. When I asked them could they just complete the soak off and then I’ll pay, the lady who was doing a set next to me instructed me me to start removing my own acrylic with the paper towel. Then guy then turned to me and said he told me it was a wait, however you did not instruct me that it was an over 2 hour wait. They should’ve stopped accepting appointments. On top of that, they take way too long to do nails, and they aren’t that great! I will never return here, it’s not worth it!

I made an appointment online for a Gel X manicure, which was quickly confirmed. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately, and everyone I encountered was friendly as well. They even chose the perfect polish after I told them the shade/style I was going for! Quick and easy, and I’m very happy with how they turned out- I will be back! 🙂

I was just in for a 10:30 appointment. I’m not sure of the lady who did my gel pedicure, but she was fantastic and my toes look amazing! Han did the dip on my hands. I’ve never been so impressed! He was very nice to talk with, and never made me flinch, as some places are a little too quick with the drill. I will definitely be back, new favorite place! Thank you!!

I got dip powder on my nails. I’ve been going here for three months now and had multiple different nail techs. They are always very polite and kind and they do incredible work. I am tough on my nails and they have never broken

Just moved to the area from MA and found this place and right off the bat it was so beautiful inside and the technicians are extremely nice and always make sure you’re comfortable during your visit. Cleanliness is a big thing for me because of a bad experience at a salon before but I didn’t have a worry about cleanliness here. Wish I could give 10 stars. This is my new nail salon!
