There are about four nail salons within 5 minutes of each other near the Oakton Shopping Center, and I’ve tried them all. Oakton Nails & Spa stands out, and here’s why:

1. Customer Service – Their customer service is by far the best. They’re always friendly and have even stayed past closing to accommodate my schedule. They consistently go above and beyond. They are always busy, but even for walk-ins I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes.
2. Honest & Trustworthy – They give honest opinions on services without pushing unnecessary add-ons. One technician even recommended seeing someone else for a service to ensure better results.
3. Clean & Hygienic – The salon is impeccably clean, and they follow strict hygiene standards, which is so important for nail care.
4. Skilled Technicians – The staff is incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. They have the latest and most modern styles – including chrome, gel, cat-eye, ombre and are on top of all the nail trends.
5. Unlike their competitor Vogue Nail Lounge – Who has over 600 fake reviews (yes! Not only do they have paid fake reviews, they pay to delete negative reviews.) I’ve had my nails done by Michelle, (who really knows her stuff) and Linh, Judy and Nga – they are all great.

This salon offers everything you could want in a nail experience—highly recommend!

I had a great experience today. They really accommodate me for my full set even they are closed in 45minutes. I am very happy with my nails, I did almond shape chrome acrylic full set and It turned out really nice. The staff is really pay attention to details to make sure everything is perfect. The salon is very clean and organized. They have a lot of chrome colors for you to choose from.

If you are looking for expert nail spa services and gentle craftsmanship, look no further!

For the last 8months, I visited Michelle every 3weeks for dip manicures and some pedicures. My boyfriend came for a pedicure once too!

Michelle has over a decade of experience and consults about all types of nail products. Dip colors are selected with care. She taught me so much and helped me grow out my natural nails!

I watched the entire staff deliver personalized care to every client and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. Core values include consistency, reliability, and open communication.

I always left feeling more relaxed and nourished than when I arrived!

Terrible job with nails. They couldn’t do acrylic fills and shortened my nails too much. Additionally, they ran out of time (I was there for an hour) and I almost walked out with completely uneven finger nails. I was even late for my meetings that I told them about. Not good at shaping nails and not good at fills. Really disappointed.

They did offer a 5% discount after I paid. Not worth it when my nails look terrible.

They are decent at pedicures but I will not be returning.

I cannot say enough about Oakton Nail & Spa. The salon is very clean and staff are not only nice, they are good at what they do. I have been going to this salon for several years and always leave very happy. I am very picky and customer service is top notch. I have gel pedicure and for my hands I use the dip power done by Michelle. I get my nails done every three weeks but because Michelle is so good, my nails could last longer. I could go on and on about this shop but you will not be disappointed. If you have not given them a try, please do so. I get compliments on my nails all the time.
