I’m so disappointed in my most recent service. I waited for 2.5 hours for a gel fill in and ended up with this. It was suggested that I return on Monday to get them fixed, which is too long considering I got them done on Friday. Sad thing is, I was asked to pay for this poor work. I had to go to another local salon to get them repaired so I spent even more money. It’s unfortunate because the employees are very kind!

I moved here in April and have been struggling to find a nail salon that was not rude and also one that could explain the process to achieve the look I desired since I don’t do my nails all the time. I had the worst experiences until today. Eric is amazing at his craft, personable and helped me understand what different approaches we could take to get the look and design I wanted. Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return.
