First off I spent like 2 hours getting this done. I wanted coffin shape with dip. He told me he had to do it a different way so it’s “stronger” so im like ok bet. He proceeded to do it the way you would acrylic. No problem IF HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. Parts of my nail had no dip powder, they’re all different thicknesses and they don’t even look like coffin shapes. And I had an emergency so after 2 hours I had to bolt out the door only to look at my nails later and realize he never asked me to wash my hands so they were dirty and they look awful.

I had a disappointing experience (regular pedicure that wasn’t cured properly, so it bunched up the next day when I wore my heels to work), BUT they redid the polish for me as soon as I walked in – no wait, no charge, and no questions asked. That’s good customer service. Much appreciated!!

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and they said they were going to call me never got a call then I came back again and they told me they weren’t doing eyebrows and the lady in there said “bye” and laughed. Also they act like they don’t want to be bothered this place doesn’t have enough workers it’s ridiculous. They are mean. Feels like it has something to do with race.
