At first I was disappointed because I asked for an acrylic full set (what I’m used to) and she did gel. But after having them for over a month before getting filled I am happy. They stayed on great with only one lifting (which is because I waited so long for a fill. Went for my fill today and she definitely did not disappoint! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it! Took her time helping me find just the right colors and added a little extra snowflake. Definitely recommend. I do recommend making an appointment as I was there for quite a long time. I just wish I could post a picture of them!

My brother and I come for pedicures — he can’t cut his nails due to a hip injury and I just like the relaxing spa pedi treatment. The staff is wonderful and they always do a fantastic job. We never feel rushed and they chit-chat with us – which is so nice. Very clean salon and everyone working is professional.

I have had some terrible experiences at nail salons. Technicians have made my nails bleed, irritated my skin, even burned it. NY Nails is by far the best – and now only – nail salon I have ever been to. The experiences I’ve had have given me intense anxiety about going to get my nails done cause I figure I’ll just end up with something I hate for a insane amount of money. I got a set of acrylics and my technician – who’s name I sadly didn’t get – did an amazing job. She spent almost two hours working on my nails, and they look absolutely stunning. She was very sweet (even though I’m a jerk and always tense up when people touch my hands, haha) and consistently checked to make sure that I was happy with the way my nails were looking. I would highly recommend NY Nails, and from now on they will be the only ones I trust to get my nails done.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Terrible very unprofessional! Had an appt at 2 didn’t even get seated until 2:30 was tossed around I ended up being seen by 3 nail techs.. burned my fingers, ALL my nails bubbled up I didn’t even get out to the car and noticed. Go back inside after sitting there for over 2 hours, they wanted me to sit and re do. Which would be another hour, said only 10 mins. Tech starts drilling the whole polish off and will have to re do all of them.. along with all the design(French tip). Offers to give me $20 back.. I shouldn’t even have paid $100 ($10 tip) oh I should not $10 of the amount was the tip so I got $10 refunded. 2 of the nails are crooked..
I got them done on SUNDAY and one just popped off. Was told come in and we fix.. I can’t spend another 40 mins getting my nail fixed all I asked was for a refund. TERRIBLE PLACE! I called and tried speaking to the owner & of course get tossed around on the phone. Pathetic!
