Environment: Super clean, touches of modern charm in the overall decor.
Staff: So far have had different nail technicians for feet and hands. All have done excellent work, friendly, honest, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable.
Overall nail work: All nail sets that I’ve gotten have been excellent and withheld it’s quality between nail appointments. I have ingrown toe nails and they get them everytime without pain.
Knowledgeable staff: I’m inquisitive. Especially when trying to learn how to take care of myself and the products being used.
One of the best things about the staff are the helpful tips they have to keep up maintenance of my nails and skin of my feet. They are honest when I ask how I can go about my nail/skin goals.
Example: Cracked dry feet, advice I got was to use Vaseline every night, come in once a month for pedicure with callous removal. So far my feet have drastically improved in the last few months!
Handicap/medical device users: I work as a caregiver and highly recommend this place for people who use canes/walkers. It’s a spacious place.
I appreciate their kindness and willingness to take the time to answer my questions. Overall love this place and highly recommend it!
Finally! I’ve been in search of a new nail tech for years and I’m happy to say, CHARLES is the one! He’s truly a gem. Patient, funny, takes his time, listens to what you want and delivers! Strongly recommend!
Again, no one said we’re sorry..nothing. There was one client getting nails and one other pedi finishing when we arrived. 3 staff were there. We didn’t expect to go one at a time lol
The facility was clean..but won’t be back
