Today, I finally decided to get my nails done after a few months of being here in this area. The place was very nice walking in and everyone was initially nice. During my manicure, my nail technician cut my finger so bad while trying to cut my cuticles that I am still bleeding four hours after I left the salon. My mother came with me and paid ahead of time before I was finished, We even tipped each technician $10. At the end of my manicure, I approach the manager, Paul. I told him the issue, and he said that things like this happen sometimes and clients will get a little cut. I informed him that this was more than a cut as a nail technician had to stop and wait a while for me to stop bleeding for her to continue on with a manicure. Paul then told me that I can go to the doctors and inform him when I go to the doctor so he can open insurance claim. I just told him that what happened in my manicure is not what we paid for. Paul informed me that he is not going to refund us because the services have already been done. He said the best he can do is put antiseptic on it and open an insurance claim if it gets infected. Attached are the pictures immediately after my manicure and 4 hours after. I shouldn’t have to pay to be tortured.

Amy is wonderful. I called last minute and they fit me in before closing. She didn’t rush and took her time. Her attention to detail is amazing and she listens and chooses the best colors for what you want. Highly recommend. All the staff greets you warmly when you walk in which is so nice.

Came as a group of three for pedicures. Called ahead a few hours and they were able to accommodate. Overall pretty nice salon, pretty clean and friendly enough staff. Prices are good, $25 for a standard pedicure and $35 for gel. I docked the star because I did not want a gel pedicure and was never asked. I was just told to choose a color. So that was frustrating but otherwise for the price it was a good value.

Went for a mani pedi today. Their sign said a basic Mani pedi was 65 dollars. We were charged 80 dollars for our mani pedi.it seemed pretty basic to me. I’m not sure why. I really thought it was quite expensive for the very short massage we got. I’ve had way better!!!!
Maybe they need to update their price sign. And we were not offered anything else. Except a gel polish. Which of course was more.
I really don’t mind paying for my service but I thought for the price we paid for the mani pedi was not anything to shout about. It was way too much.
