I’m from out of town and this is the first time I visit the salon. I will definitely be back. They did a professional job and they told me before put the full set of nails on with the price was, and that was the exact price. Wonderful job. I highly recommend them. They were kind and courteous and professional. All nails were nicely shaped and thin. Very happy and clean shop.

I made the mistake of taking my husband with me to get a pedicure, now he has to go once a month.
We love to visit our “Friends” at #1 Nail Spa in Pocatello. The massage chairs are new and magical, the employees are seriously the best around. It’s a happy place to be:)

I came in for a pedicure and to get acrylic nails. Everybody was very nice and did a great job. They were very gentle and clean. They were also very quick. The service took about an hour.

I am VERY disappointed in this business. I came in for a fill for acrylics that the prices states it’s $35. SUPPOSEDLY it’s $5 extra for a SHAPE and $10 extra for gel paint which should already be in the cost of $35. I questioned them and they came up with dumb excuses of extra charges that I was never TOLD about. I will never go back to this business. It took 15-20 minutes total for this. I should have been told the charges prior to being seen. They are always being rushed to go help others and they only care about MONEY. I can’t express that dissatisfaction I am feeling with this business right now. I got a new set for $50 a few weeks ago and I got a fill for the same price with only one color and almond shape. I CAN’T STAND THEM ANYMORE. They add money on to push your cuticles back as well. How could I have gotten a new full set for $50 and gotten a fill for $50 as well. I regret giving such a generous tip for poor communication. My mom was charged as well to get her nail polish fixed since they didn’t let it dry all the way. They are an all around awful business.
