It was my second time coming here and Yen did great work last time. This time however I was left a little underwhelmed as my nail art is not precise & clean. Compared to the picture they are close for sure but they did not fulfill my expectations. Personally I think they are great for simple nail designs and stickers but not a great place for designs.

This place is overpriced for no reason! First off I came the day before got my eyebrows waxed and lady did not do a good job had to ask her to go back over them. Today when i came to get my nails done. Then I asked the lady to give me two designs with a cotton candy polish. . U adkedgir hearts this lady did what she wanted Be the designs looked like a three year old did them! When i was complaining about my point finger being too long one of the othe women in the shop looked at me in a rude way and started talking I their language 👄💬 now I don’t take kindly to spending money and not getting what I want! They wanted140 for a designthat was worth 40!

Terrible customer service .. my sister and niece went to get their nails done … let’s start by saying the lady did the wrong shape and was extremely rough with filling and when she told her all she kept saying was “yea yea good yea pay”
She didn’t want to cause a scene because my niece was there so she paid and left but her finger was paining from the filling and cuts she got when the lady was clipping & filing her nails
She return back at the salon because she was having burning sensation under her fingers to the point she can’t even put on pants without it hurting really bad … they told her if they remove the nails she won’t get a refund and that they won’t be able to redo it so it’s either she bares with the pain or paid $112 for free for a coffin nails she ain’t even get.
Very rude and send her out just like that … just cause she’s a sweet heart don’t mean treat someone like that period.

I went to this nail place twice. The first time I went the lady was rude. I figure maybe she having bad day. Second time I go was 3 days ago for my 2 week fill in. I got a different lady she had an attitude as well. And my gel polish is coming off 3 days later. Well never go there again. Or refer them to anyone. And when I show them pictures of what I want they act like they can’t do any of the pictures I showed she wanted to do it her way. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in a nail shop

First picture is what I wanted…Second picture is what I got SMH!!! Okay so my first visit to this nail salon was pretty descent. My daughter and I went and got our manis and pedis done and the service was pretty good, our manis and pedis came out good the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t use any liners to line the pedi bowl and the station utensils didn’t look sanitary. So fast forward to my second visit I wanted a fill-in which the first time I got my nails done I got all white, so this visit I wanted white French tips with the pink ombré, let’s just say she PRIED some of my nails off with a fake nail which hurt like crazy then she pretty much filled in pink powder behind that whole white nail that needed filling in, then the fingers she PRIED nails off of she just put powder on my real nail so all my nails are different shapes and sizes it’s so ugly. She knew it was ugly. Will not be going back.
