The jelly pedicure was cool!

We hit up this place every couple of months for a pedicure. They don’t take reservations, so hopefully you get in quick. But usually busy at 10am with people waiting. But plenty of staff to get to you.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, had a full argument in front of other customers because I was the first one inside, no other people had almost great service until they got busy. Left me unattended and wondering when I was able to leave. Almost left without paying bcuz when I asked the lady if my feet were done drying she said “ We don’t know, you only paid for the cheapest one.” Like bish 🙃🤣👎

Brilliant Cupcake
Absolutely amazing experience here! Just moved and I’ve been trying to find a good nail tech, well i found them. Staff is friendly and very gentle. They listened to what i wanted and didn’t push to up sale. 5stars just isn’t enough, this establishment is a 10 out 10!

Got a mani and pedi. I have natural nails, they are super strong so I normally get a light dip coating, the male tech forced me to get gel powder which turns out to be acrylic, he then buffed my real nails to length with the electric buffer. Added a thick layer of acrylic that’s was left super thick to the point I can’t pick up a coin, shape is not what I asked for and it’s super bulking and not smooth, I have really short nails now. My fingers are in pain!!! I wanted to go back to have them fix it but I won’t dare. Please save urself the headache and keep away. My pedi was good which was done by the female tech.

I tried to show him the shape and width of what I wanted and he brushed me off. Wouldn’t look at pictures. Complained constantly about my nails too short (they’re literally the same length I always have the). He kept trying to push me into acrylics (which are terrible for my nails). He left chunks all over my fingers and I have chipped nails not 24 hours of having them done. I’ve gone to this place for years but I’m completely done.
