Terrible experience, will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Nail polish is listed as part of the pedicure service. Without asking or explaining there is an additional cost the tech did gel and charged $15. When we realized and called back the women, Kim, yelled at us and then hung up on us.

On top of that I have my toe bandaged up today because of how much skin was removed along with my cuticle around my big toe. I felt pain when it happen and have been in pain since.

I don’t know the rules and procedures but out of the ~5 different places I’ve gotten pedicures I’ve never been so wary of some of the cleanliness practices I witnessed.

Do not go here.

The technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. There are options from standard mani/pedis to super fancy designs. I love Tracey and how she makes my appearances feel amazing and relaxing. I love coming here and enjoying my me time.

This is our second time back. This time we had our nails done by My, she was very friendly and skilled. She trimmed up my natural nails and did such a good job, they look like acrylics! Extremely happy with their service and will continue to go there.

Mostly nice people but possibly the worst manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. I received a gel manicure five days ago and it has already chipped. The polish is lumpy and full of bubbles. They required three different people to do a very basic manicure. The first woman didn’t understand anything I was saying, the second was fine but very rushed fixing what the first couldn’t do, the last had made a mess in her car and was very upset about it. She also more or less botched the chrome coat.
