I should have taken into consideration all the bad reviews they had. I’m taking the blame. This guy Brian not only did a very lousy job but he totally overcharged me for it. I have never paid so much for a plain manicure and pedicure. I asked for my favorite color, and he didn’t like it, so he was opinionated in a diminishing way. After he thought I was cheap, he kept speaking Vietnamese and ignoring me. I do not recommend this place at all. Some nice lady was trying to excuse him when she saw me at the parking lot taking pictures of my toes and nails. Chances happen only once.

Both times I’ve gone I’ve had horrible experiences. The first time i went the lady and another man argued about how my nails were being done she didn’t seem to know what she was doing so he took over and the acrylic was like a huge hump on my nails. The second time i went the lady who was doing them sat on her phone for the first 5 minutes i sat in the chair. I told her i wanted my nails cut down and i did not want ombré that i wanted gel.. mind you she tried to put the ombré back on as i told her again that’s not what i wanted i wanted gel. Told her what i wanted she came back with a completely different color. Never cut my cuticles and the acrylic doesn’t even go all the way over my entire nail. Underneath the nail is a chuck of acrylic that she didn’t grind off and my nails are all different shapes. All around this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are way over priced, they are not social-able. I will gladly take my business somewhere else where people enjoy what they do and actually take the time to do them right. I was so excited to go to them due to the pictures of other peoples nails they looked great. But i should have read the reviews!

The people were nice but when it comes to getting your nails painted… I’m not really impressed they look nothing like what I wanted and the pricing was absurd. I asked for full set acrylics which on their website is 55$ they charged me almost 100…
