Booked the $80 couples massage, but was charged $100 instead. When asked why I was told we received the deep tissue massage. We didn’t ask for this and wasn’t advised at anytime that there would be an increase in the price. The robes were not plush, they were thin and mine had a torn pocket and both belt loops were broken. No heated pillow was provided as promised. The therapists were nice. I wish mine had checked at least once if the pressure was she was using was ok.

Jordan did an Amazing job on my massage and was super accommodating and nice . This was my first time here , and overall had a good experience. However when I was changing in the locker room before my massage I did hear two employees complaining about people coming in and getting massages . The weather isnt the greatest and your place of business is still open for clients . Maybe be a little more mindful about where you are complaining ? It made me feel a little uncomfortable being that I could hear the whole conversation. Still 5 stars though and would recommend this place !! Will definitely be back to see Jordan!!!

Amanda Eisman has been providing wonderful facials for me for probably 12-13 years on a pretty regular basis. She does wonderful work with my fairly sensitive skin. I always feel refreshed and renewed. She also is just a lovely person and I always look forward to enjoying our conversations! Very professional and kind!

I’ve been going here for years. I love the warm moist neck bags they provide while you wait in the relaxing lounge. They also provide coffee and chocolate. I wish they had tea and water also
