Requesting an appointment could be difficult at times, but that is ok. They did good work. A little rough, although they had good prices. Unfortunately I need a fill after having my nails done for less than 2 weeks. A few would pop off after lifting occurred in the first few days.

Today, I called in to make an appointment, but was denied. Apparently, there’s another woman who shares my name, but has blonde hair, and didn’t show up for her appointment last Saturday at 10:45am.

I know that the woman they speak of isn’t me. I have black hair, but beyond that I’ve been in Philadelphia for the past 3 months because my son was at the Children’s Hospital. In the interim I’ve been going to Chestnut Nails.

NTT Nails literally discarded a loyal customer of eight years for sharing the same name of someone who’s been banned.
