The ladies working were so fun and cheerful. Their smiles were contagious! Judy (I think that is her name – I have a bad memory) was funny and good hearted person. I have come before and she had long hair that she kept up, it was now shorter. She donates her hair to the cancer center for wigs to be made for children. I will always come here to support her business because she cares about people and it shows. Did I also mention how fabulous my nails look?!? 🤩🤩🤩

Updated 7/30/22: docked off two stars because shellac peeling got worse while I was asleep! See last two photos. Worst shellac experience I’ve ever had. (And I haven’t been doing anything crazy activity-wise)

Duyen did an awesome job on my regular pedicure! It can sometimes feel like the Seinfeld episode with Elaine but the ladies seem nice overall. I love that this place doesn’t require you to wear a mask like some other nail salons in Seattle but I was quite disappointed in my shellac manicure. Lint strands got stuck in a few places and usually my shellac doesn’t usually start chipping so early (it hasn’t even been a week!) I ended up getting 3 nails redone at a different salon (see photo #6); They initially thought I had a regular manicure, commenting on how thin the polish looked. I overall had a relaxing time and at the end enjoyed a little back massage, but got progressively more unhappy as time passed. I get shellac whenever I want my nails to look great for several weeks and have never felt the need to redo nails before. The shellac machines could use a cleaning every now and then (especially to minimize the chance of any possible lint/dust getting in there.) Would maybe come back for a pedicure… maybe. Hope the staff members visit other salons themselves to see how they could improve their business. There’s so much potential!

I usually don’t care which salon I go to. Usually, the closer to my place, the better. This nail salon is farther from my place, but I’d rather drive a little longer, just to receive the exceptional services offered here. The owner is the sweetest heart. She will greet you with a smile and accommodating customer service. She genuinely cares for her customers. Remembering details shared, she will follow up on your life events. She listens intently to what you’d like from her, and executes with perfection each time. Great prices! Great energy! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my nails.
And at the end of my eyebrow wax or manicure/pedicure, she will offer a killer massage. I can’t believe this woman exists. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to get pampered, by a highly positive energy. Thank you Juile! I can’t wait to come back.

Great prices and nails always perfect. Have gotten full set acrylics multiple places and none are as good as here in quality .

What a great experience. Julie and her team are truly amazing. Julie did such a great job with my nails. On top of getting my nails done, I received a shoulders, back and arm massage as well as a hand made mask to take home. Prices are more than fair. They are super clean. The store hours have changed during Covid, they are closed Sunday and Monday. I will definitely be back. They deserve more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
