I get my nails done with Courtney,, from lord of the rings elvish writing to pumpkins and penguins she does a fantastic job. I get my hair done with Kathleen, and have had people stop me in public to tell me that they love the colour and ask where I get it done. These ladies are amazing and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else. I would give ten stars if I could !

I came here for the first time last night and saw Joustine for a full set of gel nails + manicure. Joustine took her time to make sure everything was perfect from prep to polish. She was very gently with my natural nail, which I really appreciated as many nail techs have left terrible indents when prepping my nails for a set of gels.
She helped me pick out a beautiful colour and recommended a subtle chrome overlay. I’m obsessed! I can’t wait to come back.

Hilde has been managing my hard-to-manage hair wonderfully for about 5 years. She listens to what I am looking for and delivers perfect cuts/styles every time. I can’t say enough how much I love my hair since she has been doing it – and everyone else loves it, too! Her integrity shines through when I mention a style and she helps me understand if it really would work for my hair and I always feel like I am her sole focus. I highly recommend Hilde!

I’ve been going here for about 1yr. My lash tech, Caroline, is amazing and does great work. The company, however, is incompetent of keeping an appointment scheduled. 3 times I’ve had appts scheduled, show up only to find out the appt has mysteriously disappeared. Smarten up Novelty, your staff are losing clients.

I have been seeing Bailey for almost 2 years , each 3 weeks.I could not be happier with the results. I don’t feel that I have an aging scalp anymore . My hair even looks healthier and fuller than when I was in my thirties and forties and also I could grow my hair after many years.I always enjoy my appointment at Novelty Salon and spa.Thank you Bailey for being a great stylist and helping me to look my best over the past 2 years.
