My legs/feet needed this! I walked in right when they opened with no appointment and they were able to get me in right away. The shape could be a little better but I don’t have much complaints because I like the color and the service was great. My nail tech checked in with me the whole time, she asked how I was doing and if the water temperature was good. I’m a lowkey client who prefers silent appointments and I got just that at Nova Nail Lounge☺️ the facility is huge, clean, and very posh! It has all the fixings of a boujie nail salon but at affordable prices. I will definitely be back!

I recently had dip powder nails done at Nova salon, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was very rude, repeatedly hitting my hand and demanding I correct my posture. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost six years and have never been treated this poorly. This was my third bad experience with this salon. I kept returning, thinking it was just one staff member, but it seems the entire staff is poorly trained. My thumb nail is now infected, causing me severe pain for the past week. I am unable to do anything with my right hand because of this infection. I noticed they used washed tools instead of a completely new tool kit, which is not standard practice at other nail spas.This salon presents itself as a luxury spa, but their hygiene practices and customer service are far from acceptable and the costing me $60. I hope they improve for the sake of other customers, but I will not be returning.

This is a NEW LUXURY nail salon that is well decorated and offers complimentary drinks (wine, margaritas etc..you get the idea) and everyone has been talking about them so I decided to SEE IF THEY WERE BETTER then my usual salon and boy was I EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😔…

I will let the pictures speak on my behalf because I can’t find the words to express how deeply dissatisfied I was, the only reason added a two star is because I did go back and ask them to fix the design (and they were willing to) but even the design fix was worst then thier first failed attempt! If you want to visit this place, ask for recommendations from people who have had a great experience so you can request the tech who worked with them, NOT ALL TECHS are fully trained and capable of working in such a salon.

*My expensive pedicure was also a rushed experience and the tech didn’t really clean my feet, they focus more on massages but not cleaning (for certain people).

This is my to go salon for nails, manicure & pedicure. The receptionist is so warm and welcoming always🤗
I love all the stylist and all of them does a great job. Teresa is my all time favorite tech.
You can also choose your complimentary welcoming drink!
