I got recommended to Nova Nails from a coworker after 4 years of not getting my nails done. I was scared at first because of past experiences from different places. I made an appointment very kind and was welcomed and then got my nails done that day!! My nail tech is Jade and let me tell you, QUEEN!! Killed it and my nails lasted for more than a month all of them. Just recently went back ( my second time) and again she knocked it out of the park!! Everyone’s very friendly, kind and welcoming. My new and only place to get my nails done and only Jade!! I recommend this place and Jade to everyone!! Definitely worth visiting and very affordable compared to other places for how good they are!! Love this place!!❤️

I really don’t understand? I had my full set from Annie Le. 1st full set was $100.+tip+tax thonking that was totallygreat.”BUT” Today with an appointment,Annie.Le couldnt remember i was there 3 weeks ago that left her an awesome TIP,”BUT” today there were only 4 fingers that has a design, when my first visit was all 10+ very nice designs. Actually tech told me my nails would cost $67.for today’s visit. But when Annie asked for design I said YES,but was charged $100.+ tip +tax was kind of halfaxxed only 4 fingers not all 10 werent done. I felt terrible that I honestly would make an effort to remember TOP TIPS CUSTOMER’S,so they would tip me great for any service that was done. But jeez today I felt like I wasnt important,Annie,im probably not going to pick you for any nails ill be needing in the future,today made me feel terrible,not worthy coming back for any services,and another episode i saw how the other techs,gave water,hand and arm massages, wow really, she only just greased up my hands,then that was it,then Annie Le handed the tag that was $80.?? + Tax,+ TIP (13%,18%,20%.)THERE ISNT ANYTHING LESS THEN 13%.I’VE always paid the 18%TIP INCLUDEING TODAY.Jeez.While I was walking to my truck was thinking Annie.Le that she couldn’t remember the person that even gave her %13 for a half axxed job today. I’m thinking that I’ll continue to go back to the other nail salon, that wouldn’t price gouging customer’s.

I had gone to Jo Jo for over a year. This past June, I scheduled my daughter and myself. Jo Jo was over 30 minutes late from our appointment time. This seems to happen every appointment but I deal with it because of the quality of work. My daughter asked for dipped nails but when finish, they were so thick, she hated them. She asked for them to be thinner and Jo Jo became irritated and began saying she cannot fix. I told Jo Jo, as she was doing my nails, they were not what she asked for and if they can’t fix them, then she shouldn’t have to pay. Jo Jo asked my daughter to sit and indeed was able to fix them. Today, I tried to book an appointment to get my nails done with her and the system said I am blocked, to call the salon. I called the salon, the owner, Jo Jo’s husband, answered and said he doesn’t know why and has to talk with IT and Jo Jo. I bluntly asked why Jo Jo would block me and he said he did not know and would call me back. I have not received a call back and quite honestly, not sure I want to go back to such an unprofessional, arrogant place. I really hope that this post helps deter people. Customers don’t want to be treated badly!

The salon is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! Nancy did a great job on my pedicure and my back feels amazing LOL! I highly recommend Jojo for the manicures! She did an incredible job, just look at the pictures! Everyone was very respectful and I will definitely be making this my new nail salon! Thank you everyone at Nova Nails!

Best price, service, workers, booking, and experience than any other that I’ve gone to in the area. Not only does it feel new and fancy, you know and see cleaning in progress. Speedy services, but not rushing you out the door. Huge selection of colors. I’ve gone here when pregnant and was taken care of so well. When I come solo my technician will make small talk and then give me space to vibe. When I come with friends my technician is pleasant and friendly and lets us gossip about our lives.

I have been here 10+ times in the past year and have not experienced anything less than 5 stars.
