I have used hair dye products for a bit of time now and I’ve had zero issue, except for The bit of mess that the non-shampoo types can do. Which is why I purchased this Nova product. I bought the dark brown hair dye shampoo and followed the directions exactly as they were presented. When I was done. My hair was orange brown, not dark brown. I thought maybe I didn’t leave it in long enough so I did another application. After I was done. I asked my husband what he thought and he said ” why is your hair so orange ” and that just confirmed what I was seeing. I’m not happy at all, and I had to use my original hair dye that always did work, and that covered it up somewhat but you still see orange undertones. Now I have to wait until my haircut and will have to cut off most of my hair to get rid of the color off as everyone around me has noticed how orange it is.
I’m not that kind of person to leave bad reviews for anything as I like to give the benefit of the doubt. But I have to say this one absolutely did not come through for me. I will not purchase this product again and I’m very unhappy. Be very careful using this product. I’ve done nothing to my hair that would have caused this as I really thought carefully about submitting this review.

Coming from a dense population area on the East Coast, I was unsure how easy it would be to find a good hairdresser in a small town like Laramie. But I struck gold on my first appointment at Nova’s with Gehlan. He is meticulous in his approach to long, thick hair like mine, and a few minutes in, I realized I could just sit back and relax as he masterfully trimmed each section to exactly the length and with the gentle taper at the ends that I asked for. His blow dry styling left my hair feeling smoother than it has in years, and I could easily imagine returning just for styling on special occasions.

Gabby was able to fit me into her schedule same day, and she did a phenomenal job overall! She was listening to what I wanted, and she knew the right questions to ask when I couldn’t explain something. Easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable about everything. 10/10 recommend

Katie is the only person in Laramie that I have found who can cut long hair and not screw it up or make it crooked. She does and awesome job and is very pleasant. I love the cut that she gave me today it is exactly what I wanted! I never want to lose a lot of length and she always takes the minimal amount possible but still gets my hair healthy. Katie is very highly recommended by me! The 3 photos of me in the same shirt is the after photos of getting my hair fixed
