Kelly always KILLS my nails, I highly recommend her. I’ve usually always had to have tips for length but thanks to Kelly my real nails are thriving as pictured below. She’s always so sweet and inviting. I will never go to anyone else!!

Was my second time here walk in. First time was excellent. Today was very disappointing. A very young girl did my nails and I also tipped her more than 20% even that I didn’t really see a good job. She was very cold and paying more attention to what was happening around her than being focused on her job. (Don’t mind not talking and I respect that, but would appreciate if she being focused more to this service)
When I left I paid more attention to my nails and they are like you do it at home. Sad to not go back but can’t risk again. After 8hours my nails start to break just by washing my face and hands. And for that reason I choose to go that far to write a review. I really liked this place before and the owner or manager(not sure) is very nice. She wasn’t there today!

I absolutely look forward to getting my nails done with Kelly. She’s helped me strengthen and grow out my real nails as I get them dipped each time. The photos show the progress below. My nails do not chip and stay shiny throughout the month. They grow out nicely as well throughout the weeks. I go in about every 3 weeks to a month because they’re done so well. It’s a clean environment and it’s an hour of my time where I can truly relax and have some me time. I always look forward to it Kelly is my nail rockstar. ❤️

Now where do I begin? Worst SNS/dipping powder technique I have ever seen someone use after having my nails done consistently for the last 10 years. From the copious amount of powder used (read: very thick) to the lack of any care for the shape of my nails around my cuticles (I also didn’t receive the manicure I booked with my appointment) to the final stages to try to shape my tips…it was just so painful to watch.

She completely shaped and filed my nails AFTER applying all of the steps and you can see in the photos how every single one of my nails is splintered/cracked with a spider webbing effect that only appears after going 4 weeks of wear and tear at the gym if I don’t have a chance to get to the nail salon sooner.

The yellowing has been intensifying ever since I asked the nail tech why she would use some kind of solution that turned them yellow during the process, which she replied was to help them dry faster, which I did not request.

At the very end when I shared my concerns with her she just told me to go to the front, and it was there I was told if I was unhappy I could come back but was offered no discount or any inspection of what my concerns were to see if she could do anything to help while I was there.

I’m super disappointed to have spent time and money at this salon when there were so many other options and definitely don’t plan to return.
