So glad I had picked Nour Nails for my bridal mani pedi, the whole experience was lovely.

Booking was a breeze, the staff was super professional, patient and explained the different facials they offer so that I could pick one for my mom.
Arrived to the salon and was greeted by Rasha who has a megawatt smile that brightens your day 😊
Sara is a burst of positive energy and laughter, she is very professional and I don’t think I have had cleaner nails than when she did them💓
Nabeya applied my extensions like a pro!
The cherry on top was Heidi, she designed my nails exactly like I wanted them, she is focused and super patient, my bridal nails are perfect thanks to her ❤️😍

Just when I thought it was time to go, they celebrated me and my big day, this made me and my mom very happy, it was a lovely moment ✨️

Nour Nails became my favorite go to nail place in Cairo, from the first moment I was met by Rasha and the front desk staff who are very cheerful, welcoming and very pleasant the customer service is top notch , my technician was Sara and she was very professional and amazing over all, honestly I have nothing but good stuff to say about my experience at Nour Nails as a first time customer, my sister’s technician Kholod was amazing as well, Nabya is my girl she did my gel nail removal and she did a great job, for sure will return again.

Very disappointed from the service. Most of the staff (with the exception of 2 very nice ladies) have a very bad attitude and don’t make you feel welcomed at all. Moreover, waiting times are too long between one thing to the other. I went in for gel removal & manicure, and i stayed almost 1.5 hours and left very unsatisfied at the end… Last but not least, as soon as they knew i hadn’t done my gel in Nour Nails they all said removal is going to be on your responsibility in a very hostile way. They were also in a hurry to put my top coat and i left with smudged nails and just didn’t want to put up with it anymore, went home and fixed it myself. Also, really overpriced for the quality they offer.
