After researching item drove an hour one way to purchase. Left empty handed due to obtuse floor attendant.
Would have bought if weren’t for sales associate!! With the kind of pressure retailers are under these days it seems they would screen their new hires much closer🤯

Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Neat and clean store. I would like to go there more for the things I want and need but located on Woodruff Road it is always a challenge for me to get there.

1/8/24 I went to the NT store in Greenville, SC as I was shopping for a pressure washer. A NT associate saw my wave and came right over. “Dave” spent plenty of time with my wife and I, answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided some suggestions that were helpful. As such we went from being shoppers to becoming buyers and we purchased a pressure washer. Came back on 1/10 and picked it up. Dave was an exceptional employee/associate; very unusual in today’s world. Paying and picking the washer up was no problem and Jenna helped us both times at the cash register. Jenna seemed to be having a tough day on 1/8, but she put that aside and greeted us with a smile and a pleasant demeanor both days. We shared a laugh with her both days as well. Two good employees that represent NT well. We could have purchased a pressure washer from a lot of different places, but it’s doubtful that we would have received the excellent and knowledgeable treatment that we received at NT. We’ll be back!
