Was recommended here and left very disappointed and sad. I work very hard to keep my natural nails beautiful. All I wanted was a layer of acrylic and nice painted nails and I end up getting my natural nails reshaped and painted worst then my child could have done. The lady saw me taking off my freshly done nail polish and directed me to the door. I would not recommend. Take a look at the pics.better of doing them your self. Btw I didn’t get my $45 back

My first time ever going to this place was on May 17,2023 and I met a really nice lady name Kim Lucky, she is an amazing woman with a great personality, the place is clean, great hospitality, and a fun loving environment! The owner’s of the place is just awesome! They a little pricey but it’s well worth the price! I got powder nails and a pedicure and I mean they are so pretty! I never had powder nails before which is color powder and I always got gel nails and Kim said powder nails is better than gel nails so I tried it and loved it! I will not be getting gel nails anymore. I will be going here for now on. I will definitely recommend this place and not only Kim can do nails the owner’s of the establishment can do it all as well so give it a try and tell me what you think. Good luck;-)

I arrived and asked for a pedicure. Fiona asked which one I wanted, so I told her, if I need a callous treatment, please do so. While doing my pedicure, she said that I didn’t really need one, so I got one without. When I got home, I looked at the bottoms of my feet, and I clearly needed it.

I returned the next day and she asked me if I wanted a pedicure. I told her no, but I needed the callous treatment done. She said, “oh, so you want one?” I told her that I told her that the previous day. That then led to her going back and forth with me about what I did, and didn’t, say. There was another customer there & I noticed her smirking at her. Then, Khia jumped in and (of course) sided with her. Ultimately, I asked her to do it, and she obliged for another $10.

The main issues I have are first, that if she saw that I needed a treatment, why not say that? Why perform a poor pedicure? Second, it was very rude and unprofessional to be argumentative with me, especially in front of another customer. I went to this salon because they have decent prices. However, they charge an extra fee (I think 3%) for using a debit/credit card. I will no longer give my business or money to this salon.

The nail shop is nice and clean. However, if you are into modern designs, or French nails this is not the place for you. This place would be good for older people or people who want a very basic manicure and pedicure services with solid colors & no designs. The owners abilities are extremely limited!

I was just at the new location Thursday for a pedicure and dipping powder for my nails. Love the new setup, very relaxing and always clean. I started coming to this spa when they were on Leonardtown Rd. when I moved in the area.
They were very friendly, I was greeted nicely when I walked in without an appointment. I had my nails done with the dipping powder, and then decided to get a pedicure but they were busy. They asked if I could wait about 30minutes. I told him I would come back and set up the time to return that same day a hour later.
When I returned, they were ready for me without any delay. I have been going there now for 4 years and love their services and friendly personalities. They are very polite and open to suggestions from their clients.
When they planning to relocate, they told me in advance where they would be and called me when they were set up for services.
Great service with a smile and laughter, very personal. I brought my goddaughters there a couple of times and their mother. Love the great atmosphere! Truly a nice couple and I WILL refer my friends, family and anyone who is looking for great service!
