This is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to… im getting married tomorrow, and I came here thinking I was gonna leave feeling happy and confident. Well, that did not happen .. more like left crying … she did absolutely nothing I asked and what she did do ,I could have done at home …. I wanted a full set , and she literally just put paint and glitter on my fingers. I told her several times that this is not what I want , and she says too late today. Next time I give you what you want … I was like what ; I’m getting married tomorrow, and she says again to me too late to fix…
And still charged me $55
I paid cause that’s the kind person I am, but I will never be back, and if I were you, I’d find a different location….. worst experience I’d ever had, and this was the most important time for me…. so sad that no one there cared that I was not getting what I wanted… I just moved here, so my real nails are all torn up from the move, so I really needed something that was gonna hide that, but instead, I will have to hide my fingers in the photos… oh and I got my eyebrows waxed and she was using a razer on my face , I said are you using a razer and she said it’s OK I only use a Lil bit , at that point I stopped her and said no I came for a wax not a shave .. I mean, come on, I even was sitting up in a chair instead of laying down. Just the whole experience was awful ….. nails aren’t even at all….

paid $60 for a full acrylic set. asked for coffin shape but was given square, my nails are extremely bumpy and look cheap and trashy. will never go back. added a low quality photo because i forgot to take a pic before trying to fix them myself with a file

I moved to Milwaukee from Orange County, Ca and was in dire need of a polish change for an event I needed to go. I found North Shore Nails when there was a scheduling mix up at another salon and my appointment was cancelled. Kayla (the salon owner) was able to get me right in and even stayed a little late to make sure my nails were perfect! I’ve been going to her ever since. Her creativity and attention to detail are second to none. No design I have ever suggested is too much. Everyone at North Shore Nails is always welcoming, the salon is super clean, they have every color you could possibly want and are always able to accommodate last second appointments. I promise you will love it if you go!
