I’ve been there twice. First time I went there was with my friend and my daughter. We both got gel same thing but different design. The lady did mine gel nails she didn’t know what she was doing with the magnetic design With my friend, they took their time with her and her nails were fabulous and I was the one who paid for her nails. I like to give nail places a second chance. went again on Saturday 5/11/24 same gel different design. Now this time Rush through my Nails some The nails are not paint all the way you can still see through my nails and I don’t know what kind of cheap nails they used because my thumb nail is breaking. One of my nails are crooked And I don’t appreciate that they use me as a guinea pig The nail tech even said to me I taking $10 off because I’m just doing this for fun. I paid $70 for my nails. I was not there to be somebody’s guinea For you to try new ideas. I didn’t have time to look up my nails cause I had my daughter with me and they serviced my daughter. They did a good job with her. But my experience was not that great and I don’t think I’m coming . Especially when I tip I tip $20. They are nice but they rushed my nails again and used me As a guinea pig again.

Jennifer and Vicky are the best! They always take their time and give me exactly what I ask for. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and they get it right every time and If they mess up they’re always great with fixing it right away , even if it’s not the same day.
Also a one stop shop for my nails, toes and wax. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 nails done by Jennifer in the attached pic, walk-ins welcome, but it’s always best to call ahead 😍

Deana and Connor gave me a man pedi simultaneously. It was amazing. So relaxing. The results were perfect. More than that, everyone who worked there made me feel welcome. I messed up my nail bed on a finger when I was 11 years old. Everywhere I have been to get my nails done since then always made me feel self conscious and like it was a big deal. They literally were just like, that must have sucked but we got you covered. Like it was no biggie at all. I will definitely be back for every appointment I need moving forward.

While the people were nice and accommodating, the quality of the gel manicure was far from good. At first, nail surface was filed so roughly that its chunks were sticking out through nail polish, and the employee just negligently put more product on top of it (still unsuccessfully covering rough surface). Cuticle was barely worked on at all which is normally an important step of the good manicure. Next, for the design I asked for, I was handed over to another person (who seemed to be a daughter of the store manager and also very new to the whole process) because the first person had to go to another client. Towards the end of the design completion, the store manager stopped by and seemingly critiqued the work of the employee (in the foreign language), but still didn’t do anything to fix it. As a result, they all saw how sloppy it turned out and gave me $5 off “for my patience”, so I ended up paying “just” $70 for this thick uneven layer of gel with huge gaps between the nail cuticle and polish.
While I understand that new employees need to take their time and space to practice their craft, I believe the clients should have a choice to opt out of being the testing ground and the price should be dropped way more than by $5 in such case.
Attached is the photo of the work right after.

never going back! The tech used the grinder on my natural nails and my cuticles, I had 5 nails that were bleeding significantly afterwards, and the damage to my natural nails was significant. The manager had to take over from him and scold him. I appreciated she stepped in, but it was too little too late. They put acetone in my cuts and touched the tips of the bottles to my open wounds. I also paid full price despite leaving bleeding from both hands, and they didn’t give me the change I asked for. Just awful. See my damaged cuticles in the photo 🙁
