So I used to go here along time ago well I’m trying to find a good place again for nails so I went back cause I couldn’t remember why I stopped going well my nails don’t look terrible but all I got was a fill and gel nail polish and I paid $50 dollars I got no design nothing just plain nails. I won’t be going back. It’s crazy I would pay that for when I would get design and stuff done to my nails. This is what was $50 mind blowing.

I came here yesterday for a removal of a few old acrylics that were hanging on and a new full set – as well as a brow wax. I will preface that my natural nails are very very thin from regular acrylics. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the friendliness of my technician. There were multiple techs and no other customers when I got there.

The removal was done extremely poorly. She dug a nail tip under my acrylics and did it from the back. Not only is this method outdated, it was executed the worst I have ever seen in about 20 years of getting my nails done. She nearly ripped half of my pinky nail off and I yelled out in pain. If done, you should clip the acrylic at an angle from the front tip area and insert there. I had to ask for my final two nails to be soaked.

I have been in pain all day using hand sanitizer due to the MANY cuts I have. I posted the most visible ones. She filed against my skin so hard the file cut me, yet she wasn’t able to “get in there” to the actual side of my nail so there was acrylic stuck to the side of my finger. I asked for it to be filed down and she said she wasn’t done. I still have acrylic all over my fingers and underneath my nails. When using the drill around the edge of my nails, she did not properly grip my finger or make an effort to pull my skin away from the nail. So it slipped about 3 or 4 times – one taking a chunk of skin out.

I asked for almond and ended up with maybe oval? It’s simply so unflattering. They are all uneven which is apparent with matte color. Some are too thin with how long they are. One was drilled too much by the time I drove home the side of my nail chipped.

I don’t know if the owner was there but no one really came over or said anything any time I said ouch loudly or pulled my finger away in pain. It was VERY apparent these nails are unacceptable for $60. I opted not to get the brow wax for obvious reasons. I will be getting these fixed elsewhere immediately.

In these pictures (my cuticles are not great, that’s on me). You can see cuts, uneven nails, poor shape, the one nail that chipped on the way home, etc..

Super bummed. I’ve went here for the past 6 years, probably 10 times a year. They were always good.
I’ve been on a budget, hadn’t been in for a pedicure since last summer, and decided to treat myself today after work. They made the appointment for 5pm. I was pushed out at 6pm, right after my nails were painted .When I said something about them not being dry yet, she assured me they were. I reached down and touched one while she was telling me no, no! It completely smeared. Someone else came and said oh do you need to fix it. At that point, I was done. I said never mind, I’ll fix it at home.
Not happy about paying $50 for something that I’m going to have to fix myself.
I asked if they were closing and they said yes. I wasn’t aware that they closed at 6 (they had always been open until 7 in my experience, and their hours still show till 7 on Google.) Even so, maybe don’t schedule it if there’s not enough time for the whole process. I would have been fine with taking an earlier slot or a different day. Just super unhappy with the way it was handled.

I really appreciate receiving great service consistently. The employees here have delivered that with each visit I’ve made (about 4 so far). I’ve tried several nail salons in the area over the last year +, and this has definitely been my preferred place. I will continue to give them business and I’ve even brought my family member and a friend, giving them even more business.
