PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NORA NAIL BAR! I should have checked their reviews before going, seems like others have had bad experiences. I went to get dip powder on my natural nails and before I paid, one nail chipped, and my nail tech fixed it before I left. They reassured me that it wouldn’t happen again, and after 3 days, 2 of my nails chipped! I called and the woman on the phone kept telling me “we can’t fix nails after 2 weeks” but I had to keep repeating that its only been 3 days! I had a trip that weekend and wouldn’t be back until Monday which was still in the 2 week mark. I spoke to someone else and she said when I get back from my trip I can fix them.

Of course, as the weekend went by, more nails chipped, and when I got back and contacted them to make an appointment for my fix, they said they can only fix 2 fingers! It made zero sense. It still had not been two weeks, and now they are saying they can only fix 2 fingers??! I saw no point in fixing 2 fingers and having the rest chipped, and requested a refund which was denied. Then the nail salon completely stopped answering me. PLEASE DO NOT GO! Their services don’t last and customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. They refused to compensate for an error on their end, and also denied me a refund. Very unprofessional and disheartening experience

On Sunday July 7th I went to get a refill done on my nails. I showed a picture to the nail tech of what I wanted. She said she could do. What she did was did a refill with white powder. Which is lopsided. There is indentation where she didn’t fill them in properly. The rhinestones that she put on kept falling off and fail off literally as soon as I left. They are not what I wanted. I called this morning to speak with the owner or with the manager about the nails. I was very upset about my nails yesterday it I didn’t say anything apart
From if I don’t like them I’ll come back. When I called this morning I the girl that did my nails answered I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t happy with the nails. Yesterday I told her there was indentations on my nails and had her feel it she says I can’t feel anything. But you can see how bad they look. I asked to have them fixed. She said with a price. She thinks I’m taking about the color Va the actual fill in. She did a rushed job and used a white powder vs using a polish. Here is my first set done with a cotton candy color they were done beautifully by Bill. If you see the white ones you can see how fat they look as well as the indentations on them especially on my middle finger. When I called and spoke with her she kept interrupting, over talking me, not once was I rude, disrespectful or anything. I only wanted the actual refill redone. The color and stuff wasn’t the problem. Mind you I spent 159 dollars. She said I wasted her time however if you didn’t do the job right why would you not want to fix it. I have been extremely nice. I was nice and respectful yesterday and when I called I was nice and respectful. When I told her that I could feel the indentations she should have fixed it then vs acting like they weren’t there. I hope I have a better experience when I speak with the manager when they get back. This lady was unprofessional and argumentative for no reason. She then told me to go somewhere else which also means I will have to pay to have these taken off and a new set which means I will be out over 300 dollars. That seems crazy to me. When all I want is for my nails to be fixed properly. I told her she didn’t ask me about using the white powder she just did it. I hope I’ll have better luck with the management team or the owner themselves. It’s a shame as adults we can not speak respectfully to one another and come to a calm solution vs acting emotional. Because I hate to think she acting this way for other reasons.

I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years and finding Bill is the highlight of those 10 years! Bill always does my nails perfectly and they last! (which is something to note for how hard I am on my hands and the shape that I prefer to get). The pictures don’t even do my nails justice for how pretty they are right now! Highly recommend Bill as well as the salon in general!

I have been searching around the area for a good nail bar and I finally found a great one! Bill did my acrylics for me and they were amazing. Very natural looking and clean! He really took his time with the nail prep and acrylic application. They had lots more trendy colors to choose from and “jelly” nail polish which is super in right now!

My sister and cousin also got their nails done at the same time and they were super happy with their sets as well. Co Dung also let us sit in the massage chairs when we were done!

We will definitely be coming back!

Jessica (Mai Tram) really showed her artistic ability with these nails! I love the shape and how she design them. This is my second time coming here and both times have been wonderful. 10/10
