Absolutely subpar work very dissatisfied customer. First off i communicated with Ms.noor that i would be there at 5:00pm 8/24/23, i was punctual and there on time upon arriving i was told to come back and hour later because she was busy, although the salon is a 10min drive from my house and she could have communicated that before i didnt think much of it and was told to come back. Once i returned a hour later i was still waiting an additional 15-20min to be seen. Once i was sat in a chair another woman started braiding my hair and completely did my braids wrong once i asked about it she simply said “your hair is just wet it will come to form once dry”. Naive to braiding i didnt question her. Eventually My hair was done and once again i notice the slightly disproportioned braids and was told the same thing. Next morning my hair is completely dry and the braids still look skinny and small compared to the rest of my head, upon contacting ms.noor i was told she was too busy, ignored, and ultimately left with no solution as to how or when my hair can be fixed or when i may be refunded. also she raised the price from $60 to $80 out of no where which was also weird, overall a unprofessional experience there are plenty of other braiders in the area who take better pride in there work and customer service.

I have been going back home to VA to get my hair braided for 2 years and finally decided to try Noor and I was not disappointed! The vibe is everything! So much positivity and conversation! Pricing was reasonable for their time and service! My appointment was at 9AM and for medium knotless, I was out by 12PM! And I only had one braider! Very professional and friendly! Definitely will be going back!

I recommend Noor’s Hair-Braiding to any and everyone wanting Twists, and absolutely any Braided hairstyle!!! Nora’s work is amazing. Her shop is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing and professional. She is prompt , courteous and greets everyone with a smile. The price’s are reasonable and you won’t be disappointed. I went to several places in search of a professional stylist, but when I entered the shop, I knew this was the place for me. I sent my daughter there and she loves her hair as well. We will be returning!!!!!!
