I have not cried this much over my hair since I was in high school. First photo is how my hair looked going into the appointment. Second and third are photos I showed the stylist of what I wanted. Last photo is what I got. I told the receptionist I wanted to schedule a full foil with a shadow root. She insisted what I wanted was a balayage and I told her in the past that had not been what I want. So she said she’d schedule it as a balayage to give me the most time with the hair stylist, but to show her pics of what I wanted once I arrived. Again when I spoke to the stylist, I said I wanted highlights with a shadow root and showed her the second and third pictures. She said that would be balayage so I thought I would be getting the same results just a different name for the style. My intention of the appointment was to be blonde again. I was tired of the dark color of the back of my hair. Three hours and a head full of foil later, I was thinking she was lifting my color and just adding a little bit of brown to blend. Instead I left with less blonde hair than I went in with. And on top of it all, I was charged 2x more than i have EVER paid for my hair.

I absolutely love Nolas! The front desk is always so kind when I come in, the nail girls literally give the best pedicures I’ve ever had (ask for Vivian or Brooke!) and Kari, Kristen & Trish cut mine, my kids & husbands hair and we are always happy. Highly recommend Nolas!!

This place has really changed and is not sanitary. The management is rude/bad but the workers are nice. 1. Most salons require both parties to wash their hands before doing nails but I was told they don’t do all that here. I requested for the technician to at least get hand sanitizer and she looked puzzled 2. My technician injured my nail bed and caused it to start badly bleeding out. After the bloody wound was ran under cold water she used the oil applicator and applied it over my wound and stuck it right back inside of the oil for everyone else to use. I later had to see a doctor because the painful wound developed an infection. When I asked to make another appointment with someone else to have a redo after all I suffered , the manager told me that I was not a good fit for their salon and did not want to give me my money back or want me to come back. I eventually talked her into giving me my money back. 3. Tech did an awful job to my nails and I had to keep guiding her on removing dead skin around the nails. So many people could not believe I went to professionals for that bad job. I just didn’t get their best tech that day. I will not recommend this place at all. I’m an extremely busy woman and took time out for this place just to be treated like I wasn’t human….

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Apparently getting a haircut is $47 but that doesn’t include drying your hair, so you leave the salon with soaking wet hair. If you want them to dry your hair, it’s $65? The lady nifsa rushed through the whole thing. My shirt is soaking wet from the hair wash, and she made me stand up in the middle of my haircut and cut my hair? I have never been to a salon where they don’t even dry your hair and let you walk out with wet hair. I didn’t ask for a blowout, just for my hair not to be soaking wet when I walk out the door. Terrible service, would not recommend.

I’ve been going here for many years to see Beth for my haircuts. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming.
