I have been a loyal client of Nola Nails for over a year now, and the service has been absolutely superb since day one! Not only is the salon absolutely stunning, but it also clean and relaxing. The staff, which is a family and I adore that, always greets me with a hello and a smile when I walk in and accommodates me immediately. Even when I may have to wait a few minutes before they start on me, they are still swift and efficient in their work. They ensure that the service you receive is top tier, this has been the healthiest my nails have ever been! Also, I have never been offended, insulted, or disrespected by them in any way. Them communicating in their native language is apart of their culture, which I respect fully and more people should as well.

They are very rude. They say insulting things in their language not knowing there’s an app that’s translating what they’re saying. I do not recommend going there unless you like paying someone for insulting you.

I’m sitting in my car outside the salon. First off, no getting, no hello, nothing. I walked in and just stood for about a minute taking it in. The workers looked at me and kept going. Also, they’re understaffed. There 5 people waiting, 6, if you include me. Only 3 people working, 2 of them were on one woman. Nope. My time and money will go elsewhere….and, I’m from NYC, I can just wait till I get home where the salons are much more professional.
