Expensive, poor communication from front office staff. I called to let the salon know that we were delayed as our Uber cancelled and we would be late. I asked if this would affect the appointment availability and was told no. If it had been communicated that they did not have staff to do the appointments, we would have cancelled. Instead, we arrived and were told to wait in the lobby. After waiting, I asked about the expected timing and was told they no longer had availability for the services we had booked. Effective communication from the staff is needed. There was no reason to have traveled to the appointment as they no longer had availability. Walk ins were put ahead of appointments.

Giving 2 stars because I have had a good experience in the past, but since having my daughter I have made a point of asking for the fastest manicure service. The past 3 times I’ve been there they have given me “natural gel” which seems to be a paint on acrylic, I was told after the first application by Kevin that it would be fast to fill and expedite my future visits.

All false. I went from a 45 minute dip appointment to what was just this last time 1 hrs and 20 minutes of terrible treatment, she was twisting my fingers and hands in unnatural positions and getting annoyed I could not hold the position. I asked her to take off the natural gel and put on dip and she said no this was quicker. At the 1 hr mark when my daughter got fussy (not continual crying, but making some noise) she started shushing her. You’d think over an hour would be ample time to get them perfect, but they’re thick and miss shapen and Cam was very rude. See below for my end result….

Made appointment for same day but two hours later and grabbed a brochure. Since this was my first time at this salon, I decided on the Classic Spa Pedicure to see if I felt comfortable and how I would be treated. They treated me awful and that’s putting it kindly. The description in the brochure included callus removal. When I put my feet in the tub, they handed me their menu and I noticed that the callus removal was crossed off with a pen in the classic spa pedi. I mentioned this to the nail tech and she said there was no difference between the brochure and the menu they handed me. When I told her that wasn’t correct, she started a conversation with the nail tech next to us in another language. I can only assume it was about me. No one started the massage chair and both feet got to share the same hot towel. I was there from 4:00 and by 4:30 I was walking to my car (including the dry time for the pedi). I wish I read the reviews instead of wasting my time.

I usually only get acrylic around the holidays and keep them until maybe valentines..the person I go to for the rest of the year for gel is else where but last year when I had her do a fill I was not happy with the way she did them so she is my gel person only. Lol anyways! My first full set this year I walked in here and Mike did my nails! I was blown away with how quickly(but not rushed) he did a perfect full set of coffin nails with ombré glitter! And the price was exactly what I was expecting.
When I called for an appointment for my first fill they told me he was out of town for a couple months so I was totally bummed and ended up calling and going somewhere a little closer to my house and work . I wrote a review which I hardly do but I was really upset with my experience at the other place and wished I came back to noire!!
So now my 3rd fill for the “season” I came back to noire and Kim did my fill! AGAIN so happy with my results… she took her time and cleaned up my bulky acrylic from my previous fill and made them so natural looking hugging my real nail and just perfect! I shower a picture of the design I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for! I will not be going anywhere else !! I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out so they could take their next walk in and just be there for the money ! Highly recommend!
