Been living in va for a year now and this is the best nail salon I have been to. Very friendly and professional . They asked if you want something to drink while sitting. I Got my nails , feet and eye brows done l. I got gel on my nails and feet with a spa treatment pedicure . My nails and feet were done at the same time which I was very impressed with and happy with which saved time and everything came out Amazing. I love the results and will definitely be coming back

I am not One to typically write reviews, but I feel like people should be warned about this place. I left with four bleeding cuticles and today one of them has started to swell. I had never been here before, but was in a hurry to get somewhere and it was on my way. I got a basic manicure and pedicure and was there for two hours…. The pedicure was painful, a lot of uncomfortable pinpoint pressure was placed on my nail beds by someone who obviously did not know how to use cuticle clippers. They had a very small selection of colors for regular polish, and the one I picked out, I noticed after the tech opened it, was very old. I asked him if it would still be OK considering how questionable the polish looked, and he said yes. The color came out very uneven, I was tempted to ask for another coat to even it out, but at that point I was already ready to get out of there.

The manicure… Another painful experience. The nail tech made four of my cuticles bleed. He kept putting some green gel on it after injuring me and I still have no idea what that substance was. The color on my nails came out extremely uneven. I was kind of fed up at that point and got up the courage to ask for a third coat since it looked so bad, but that really did not even end up helping.

I ended up leaving with an ugly manicure and pedicure and four bleeding fingers- one that is now potentially infected. I did not have the courage to say anything in the moment and was just ready to go, but I do not feel I should’ve paid for any service at this establishment. PLEASE BE WARNED.

Tues, Jan 16 – Not my normal nail salon but had a gift certificate. Sorry I even tried this place. Awful experience with a technician that was as rough as I’ve ever had in all my years of nail salons. Seriously bad. Got the dip and she literally cut the skin on the sides of several nails with her file. I could barely get through it – very painful – and she knew it by the remarks I was making. She was also working at rapid speed although there was no one else in the salon. My fingers were bleeding and she kept squirting the green drops each time. I had so much glue stuck under my nails that I came home and worked on getting the nail detached from my skin. Once and DONE with this place.

I booked two luxury pedicures, when walking in it was as if they had no idea appointments were made. Nothing about these pedicures were luxurious, there was a couple extra steps compared to a basic pedicure, but very mediocre and nothing to do with reflexology as advertised. Neither tech spoke English and no matter what hand gesture I made or said when he asked if I wanted my nails cut down he cut them down anyways. I got burnt from the hot stones and my foot was burnt from the hot towels (I literally yanked my foot away and jumped up it hurt so bad) I’m not one to cause a ruckus in a place of business or ask for free services but I will not be back and this was 100% not worth the $150 I paid.
It’s been a couple hours and I still have marks on my foot from the towel and it’s very tender to touch. (He kept rubbing his finger over the burn spot as if that felt good or would change the fact he just burnt me..)
