Booked an appointment for a 45 minute facial for 10:00. Was not seen until 10:18 and after filling out paperwork and getting ready in the room it was 10:30 before we started. I understand sometimes things run late. The issue I have is that my facial was over right before 11:00. If I wanted the express facial I would have booked it. This was a treat to myself, as I do not do this often, and to have it ruined this way was a very disappointing experience. The esthetician was very nice(why I am not mentioning her name) but I should have received the full service. Will not return to the salon or recommend it to anyone. There are so many places to choose from where I can get better service.

I made an appointment for a facial in December that got canceled and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because life happens and people do get sick. I figured I’d give the spa a second chance and try again so I booked an appointment for Feb. Again, 3 days before my appointment they canceled it due to the tech getting sick. Yes, I understand life happens and people do get sick. But this is unacceptable twice in a row without any discounted compensation. All they could offer was an “I’m sorry” and a possible re-booking for one service, not both. I will not be attempting to visit your location again.

I recently had a pregnancy massage at Noelle Day Spa. Marvin was the massage therapist. He was great! He explained how he was going to modify the massage for me and provided with me extra pillows to help make me more comfortable. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend him!

Had a great experience at the salon. Erin did my makeup and Vanessa did my hair. It was for my wedding and both girls did a fantastic job. They were very pleasant and attentive to my wishes, while providing their expertise. I was very happy with the result and would 100% recommend this place.

My first visit today. Hair was mid back in length. Diane gave me my “Jamie Leigh Cutis” haircut. I have enough of a ponytail to donate to Children with Hair Loss. Fantastic Stylist. Noelle(owner) made me feel so welcome, the sweetest of people! Are you hair worried? Are you unsure of what you need? THIS is the place. Thank you girls! See you in a month!❤️❤️❤️
