Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my experience at this salon. I got my nails done there, but unfortunately, they didn’t last as long as they claimed. They were powder dip, and they fell off just a day later, which was a major bummer. I went back to the salon twice hoping they could fix it or give me a refund, but they refused!
Me and my husband have been regular customers here for a while! It would have been great if they had been more understanding and offered a solution. Good customer service goes a long way, right??? We’re very disappointed! And never going back to them.
Thankfully, I used my Apple Card which has the best service ever, I disputed the charge through my credit card company and I will be getting my money BACK!

Shannen and her Mom worked on my nails to fix a botched up job I had done from another company. I got the gel enhancement manicure with 2 colors (funny bunny and crepe #5). I am beyond pleased and will be going here for now on. The entire staff was professional and kind. Thank you all for helping me feel welcomed and cared for.

I went here as a second option..my first and favorite place was booked. Nobu gets one star for being able to fit me in right away, the other star is for having the color I wanted. I went there yesterday afternoon and tonight one nail came completely off with gel and another is cracked halfway just hanging on. While I was there yesterday at no point did she have me wash my hands during the service, which I think is normal routine before they proceed with the polish. I didn’t say anything because I assumed she would have me do that at the end and tidy things up. I left there with polish on the inside of my hands and a glue/polish all over my fingers. I had to purchase acetone to clean them up at home. I had asked four times for my nails to be shortened and she would file them a bit, but still never shortened them how I asked by showing her the ONE finger I did like. Their price point ts were okay, but not worth it, if the very next days paint is chipping g and nails are falling off.

I will NOT be back. Not even 24 hours after having them they are chipping. There’s black hairs all in them (I can’t get pictures to show how bad it is). I made an appointment with Mike because my friend told me he was good, I waited over an hour and nobody said a word. Then he didn’t even finish my nails. The topcoat isn’t even on parts of them. He rushed and left globs everywhere. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon.

First, The place is dirty! I got a pedicure and The water wasn’t hot, she pushed my cuticles back so far and hard that she broke skin, cut my toenails too short, and my toes look like they were painted by a 10-year-old. Next, the full set. The art came out Beautiful, however not worth $88. They charge extra for “ specialty shaped nails” but they do not know how to do the specialty shape!! I asked for coffin but I got Square and she still charged me extra. Pedicure rate: 0 out of 10. Acrylic full set rate: 5 out of 10. Do not get a pedicure here!!! However if you don’t want a specialty nail shape but want good art and don’t mind the high prices, or the uncleanliness, check them out.
