Daughter & I went in to get pedicures. We had an appointment. They sat us pretty quickly but waited about 15 minutes before someone got us started (no big deal)… Our whole “pedicure” lasted literally 13 minutes from start to finish. We chose the $42 package. They did not trim cuticles, didn’t put any scrub on legs, no calus remover, no cuticle oil & didn’t even use stone to scrub bottom of feet, & no massage. They filed our nails, put feet in paraffin wax. They put one bag on foot, put other bag on other foot, and then immediately took first back off. Rubbed a quirt of lotion on ankle and took other bag off. Polished toes and was done. Didn’t even clean paraffin wax off of feet. Went to pay & asked gentlemen checking us out what package included all of the normal things that come with pedicure and he said “oh, you can get this one”, which was $60. Told him what happened, he looked at my toes & said they were fine. We left & my daughters paint job was awful. She immediately went back in & had them redo paint job! Worst pedicure ever!!! First and last time at this establishment!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. First let me say it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had, but then I got seated for my nails with a different tech. She worked very fast but not carefully. She drilled very roughly and then barely filed my nails. I said I didn’t want square and you will see they were very wide and square. They weren’t really smooth or even, and felt not sealed if that makes sense…two days in one chipped completely off top from opening a car door. I emailed them and went back in and they still charged me a 10$ fee….I had just paid 55. I NEVER complain about nails but my work friend had the same experience here. If you need a good pedicure, this is your place but I wouldn’t recommend for nails.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went as a group of 5 friends. Cut my skin a few times. They painted my nails twice. Polish wouldn’t dry. Looked old. Left with no polish and they still charged me full price for a pedicure and gel removal. I asked about charging full price and they wouldn’t budge even though I told them I was leaving with no polish.

Just moved to Tyler and was pleasantly surprised by this local nail salon right around the corner from our new house. They were super friendly and took their time to make sure we were happy with our mani/pedi experience. I will definitely be back!! 💅🏻
