My nail job *was* great until I asked if it was possible to make them mirrored. He said, “yeah! I can mirror anything!” Long story short – The end product turned out like this.

After my complaint during checkout, they offered to fix it but I didn’t have 2 more hours to wait. They insisted I pay full price and when I told them I would pay for the manicure but not the customization (because it wasn’t what I asked for) they brought the nail tech who did my nails to the counter who let me know it was all my fault because I asked for them to be chromed.

A customer should not have to debate one on one with the nail tech about the quality of their work (or lack there of.)

There should be a manager handling these kinds of issues.

A nail tech should know their products well enough to know if it will work or not. This obviously didn’t work but apparently I’m the only one who sees it?!

What 75 bucks gets you at this salon! This is after I asked him to fix it! Don’t want another person to waste their money or walk out of this salon with ugly nails and disappointment.

Salon it’s beautiful an how you don’t need to wait. Service is poor I pay $70 for un even nails some bigger and some shorter than other fingers. I let them know that and they set yes I will fixed but they planned fixed making all my nails smaller. What’s the point to pay for a full set if I want small nails? It’s no making sense pay for small nails. I will never go again and definitely not recommended. Last picture it’s what I was looking for. But joke what I get

I was pleasantly surprised when I booked with Nirvana and they matched me up with Vivian. She really did a great job and I was in and out in 30 mins. Very pleased and will be a regular customer. 😊

It doesn’t even deserve the one star! Worst experience I’ve ever had! I spent money on bulky no effort nails! A simple pink and white is what I wanted and they are the not even cute in the slightest. I am going to have to pay somewhere else to get them removed. The technician didn’t a terrible job at blending the pink and white… she left my nails bulky, misshaped, both hands have different length nails, underneath my nails is clumpy… she made two one my fingers bleed. I do NOT recommend.!
