I can’t say enough good things about Nini’s Nail Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail.

My sister and I are in town visiting and needed to get our nails done. We asked a friend where she gets her nails done and she recommended Nini’s Nail Salon. My sister and I both got pedicures and I also had my nails done. The workers are polite and professional. I get my nails done regularly when I’m home and the service here met the same standards I’m used to. I would use Nini’s again and also recommend this salon.

Honest review, I don’t get my nails done pretty often so -logically- before I go I do a lot of research which person to pick.
I heard “Nini” was great by the customers on Google Reviews…. so I set up an appointment with her. 10 minutes from my house is nice too.

When I walked in the receptionist, by her treatment of me she spoke very quiet (like the girl from pitch perfect) and struggled to understand English.
Due to a language barrier I struggled to NOT get placed with just anyone. Red flag 1.

Pedicure was RUSHED & half the time was painful. With little to no desire to be even remotely friendly. I’m not trying to make friends, but a little kindness would be nice. Red flag 1 1/2.

Also, I’m pretty convinced that my nail speciality and the girl next to her were talking about me in their prime language.
Not get customer relations.
Btw Water was cold the WHOLE pedicure. Red flag 2

Even though I booked with the owner “Nini” ,she walked out on a “family emergency” I was placed on her sister for my pedicure.

The owner had the audacity to hand me a card with a name on it saying next time she wants me to ask for a “good one”, by good one I think she refers to her nail staff. Red flag 2 1/2.

As a response, I crumbled up the poor excuses of a business card in the store…

Ended up having my manicure done by the “good one” (according to the owner) Hanah, she was a solid 7, and to have the “good one” be a solid 7 isn’t good. She did file my short nail good but she didn’t sand down my nails. Leaving a lot of bumps. Red flag strike 3.

I agree with the reviews that the place is kind of dirty and could use a remodel( look at picture of floor)!

They charged me 85 and I feel I got robbed!

Save your money and go somewhere else.

Btw I wrote this review in the salon I was so mad.

I went with my friend and her daughters for a birthday nail treat and it was a terrible experience. We had older nail techs who seemed unhappy and angry during both our services. I had asked for my nail shape to be fixed and she aggressively grabbed my hand and began angrily filing it really fast. I was very uncomfortable. My nails were uneven and the nail art was terribly executed. Hannah was amazing and corrected the nail art and shaping as much as she could. She seems very talented and if you have to go to this shop I would recommend only her. She is also the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I have had my nails on now for only one week and almost everyone is lifting at the bottom. The entire experience was so disappointing and for my nails to cost $70 I would not return or recommend.

Husband and I went here on vacation. Very clean, welcoming salon. The pedi’s were so relaxing and I love my manicure. Pricing was normal. Will visit again
