After two visits to Nini Nail at Piper Glen Estates, I can safely say it’s time to look for a top local nail salon in Charlotte, N.C. On both visits, there was something wrong with the nail technicians’ work. However, it was the second and last visit that answered why I will not go back, nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

After calling the salon last week to explain what happened to my nails, they claimed “WE’VE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPENED BEFORE.” Why do dishonest businesses always claim that, instead of admitting they made a mistake? A few days latter, I visited the salon – to a second lukewarm welcome – they took note of their bad workmanships and offer to fix them (by the way, at that time, there was even more chipped nails). We agreed that I would come back to have them fixed. Upon reflection, I decided not to go back. Ever. This business is certainly not one that I am willing to take a third chance on.

Very clean, large assortment of colors and fantastic techs. They do everything from the basic mani to SNS, Acrylic and Gel nails, and AMAZING designs. Aside from the basic pedi, they also have a full Pedicure Menu. They also do waxing!!

I just came in for a pedicure and am out of town but just moved to the area. I felt very welcome and the people were really friendly. The environment is impeccably clean and they were very professional. I really like my nail tech Karen who was super kind and did an awesome job. I really appreciated the massages – wow! I have not gotten service like that before, thank you so much will be back (: Very fair prices too!

Stopped in midday for a pedicure and I really enjoyed this place. The water was the perfect temperature and the foot massage felt great. She didn’t talk much except to ask about the service, but I prefer it that way. $35 was a fair price for the care and service I received, and my nails looks so cute! This place is tucked away, but surely worth a stop.

I have to give 5 stars. Very quiet , nice and relaxing. The massage for my pedi was wonderful . I also received a neck and shoulder massage! Best nail salon in Charlotte.
