It’s not the best I’ve been to. There was a bunch of mouse poop under one of the pedicure chairs that I could see. I got a re-base on my nails, and they are still sticky.

Updated to a one-star because of the response I received. I wanted to add that I saw the mouse poop behind the pedicure chair (it was on the floor near the base of the chair). My nails are gel, and they probably weren’t cured for the correct amount of time.

This is seriously the worst Polish job I’ve ever gotten. I paid for the Deluxe pedicure ($40)and the service was fine but when I chose regular polish instead of Gel I could tell they weren’t too happy. They lost a $10 upcharge. I paid $3 to remove the gel polish i had before and went with regular. I won’t return to this shop. This is my third visit. 3 strikes and I’m out. Now I have to clean up my own polish job at home. I paid $53 because there is no option for no tip on the card reader. I gave the lowest they allow 15% .

Second visit I hated the thickness of the dip. Also he did not size match each nail so some are different lengths. and the gentleman who did them refused to do short coffin. A shape I get always at any shop I go to. Not sure why he wouldn’t do them. And he was too lazy to remember the nail colors I picked out. He told me I had to remember them for him. I’ve never had a nail tech ask me, the customer , to remember my own number color for them. It’s part of thier job. He had to asked several times which colors I wanted. When grabbing them. This was unprofessional. Never experienced that at all. Not impressed.

This is a solid spot for a mani + pedi. I I found this place by looking at yelp reviews for salons in Rio Rancho and I’m SO glad I tried it out. Andrew is THE BEST nail tech. My gel mani lasts forever, I love how he shapes my nails, and he is so wonderfully meticulous! I highly recommend Nina’s, and Andrew especially. They are also usually available for walk-ins – don’t sleep on this place!

I like coming here! All the nails techs are good especially the younger woman. When shes does my gel set, it lasts for weeks!

My wife normally gets here nails done here and she loves them but the guy she git to do her nails this time didn’t do as good of a job they normally would I can even tell what he didn’t do she was disappointed as am I they look kinda sloppy and rushed I see blue paint on here skin around the nails
