I had a mani/pedi done today and my nail technician happened to be a young man who appeared to be in training. Throughout my appointment, he received guidance from several other technicians in the salon. Unfortunately, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the outcome of my nails. The experience didn’t meet my expectations for a mani/pedi. It might be beneficial to consider asking clients if they are comfortable being served by trainee nail technicians in the future. The nail technician seemed inexperienced in performing these services.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever got. I was running late and called prior but they said it was fine. I wish they would have told me to come another day. My gel polish was applied so low my toes look like they’re two weeks grown out. The clear top coat wasn’t applied over the full nails. I’m so embarrassed of them and annoyed that I have to pay to get the redone immediately.

The owner of the salon, Nina, did this beautiful Hello Kitty inspired set and was able to fit me in on the same day. She even stayed past closing and took her tine to make sure every detail was perfect.she has the best prices in Albuquerque and I recommend this salon to everyone. Nina is a very kind woman and the rest of the staff are very sweet as well.
