I appreciate kindness and passion the most, and the people at this salon showed both qualities to me and my mother. You can tell they take pride in the work they do, and they value their customers. They did a fantastic job on my nails! I will definitely come back.

I absolutely love Nice Nails and Spa. Every time they are kind, respectful of my time, their work is above and beyond and I am never rushed. I am not sure why my polish last so long when I go there compared to other places I go when I cannot get to Nice but it sure makes a beautiful pedicure go a long way. I am surprised when they remember details of our conversations, I feel valued. I have not had anyone pay attention to detail and care about my feet, if only you had seen them when I arrived! 😊 Great family, great experience. I highly encourage you to visit, you won’t be disappointed and you will leave looking and feeling fancy.

I decided to come here after reading the great reviews for dip manicures. First, I do want to say that the couple who run the place are very nice – the husband is the one who did my manicure, and was a lovely person. This place is also super clean, and I appreciated seeing that they don’t reuse tools.

Now for the downsides: before putting on the dip, my nails were cut and shaped, but absolutely nothing was done to my cuticles. After communicating that I was primarily coming in for the “hygiene” aspect of the manicure, and wanted my cuticles cleaned up, there was a cursory trimming done. No cuticle remover, dead skin wasn’t removed, and cuticles weren’t pushed back at all.

It’s been over a year since I’ve had my nails done, and about 3 since I’ve had a dip manicure – so I thought maybe I just forgot the “order” things are done in. I’ve never *not* had the basic cleaning experience included in a manicure (cleaning under nails, exfoliating dead skin around nail bed, pushing back cuticles).

At this point – since I was directly communicating a desire for cuticle care in particular – I would expect to be told this was an additional service if that was the case. I wasn’t told that, but again, I’m assuming the best. The man proceed to do my dip color, which turned out lovely…except for the gaps around the color and my nailbed. When heading to the register, I did communicate a second time that I was expecting to have a *manicure* – not just color. I was told for the first time ever that “that’s a separate service.” That was never communicated. Even after I expressed my expectations *during* the appointment, this “additional service” was never suggested or offered. I left feeling slightly disappointed, but I didn’t want to leave a bad review for a small business.

But now even the service I *did* pay for (“just the dip”) is not holding up well. I’m used to dip manicures lasting *at least* two weeks. This one lasted only 7 days before the paint started detaching. (Second photo)

I wish this business well, but for a $45 “dip manicure,” I expected the manicure portion to be included, and the color to last more than a week.

The best service and commitment to clean, beautiful mani/pedis. I’ve been doing dip manis regularly for the past 3 years and gel for the 5 years prior to that and I’ve always been satisfied and happy. Other salons have their hit or miss moments but Nice Nails is consistently top quality! My dip manis last at least 3 weeks.

This was my first time at Nice Nails and Spa. I went for a regular manicure and pedicure very early in the morning. Very clean salon, very friendly staff. I got a classic bright red polish and a punch card for future returns. I am likely to return again, given how close it is to me and its affordability, but I don’t understand why I had to pull out my card and pay mid-way through my appointment. That’s never happened to me anywhere else.
