I went in there and showed a picture of what I wanted. Because of the lack of English, she couldn’t talk or understand what I wanted. she painted my nails but did not clearly tell me she could not do the design. I asked if she could do one close to what I showed and she said, “no design”. Had I known that I would have gone in a completely different direction as for the design. I will not be going back.

Was hoping to find a new nail salon that is open on Sunday. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix on just one nail. I was a walk in. I said I could wait or come back later. That I was leaving town in morning and was desperate. Was told no, they won’t do that and they are too busy and go somewhere else, and literally waved out the door. There were 2 customers and 2 technicians in salon.

I understand that this was last minute and I don’t know if they 10 people coming in. It was the way I was treated and spoken to. Very unprofessional so I will not be giving them my regular business.

I literally just went in to this place. It’s about 10:30 Thursday morning. I wanted to get a nail fixed and color change. The ONLY lady in there who said she is the owner turned me away saying “I can’t do for you because I’m busy.” Mind you there was not one person in there besides her and now me. Then she said she only does people with short nails. I’ll never go here again.
