The greeting was pleasant. Unfortunately, services that were rendered did not meet my expectations. I asked for a French full set and white polish on my toes.

Unfortunately. The polish was old. I did ask the person servicing me to change it and offered to choose another color. I opted not to get the French tip nails because my issues were ignored. I asked for coffin shaped nails and I noticed the shape was not right, she proceeded and ignored my request again. She also kept cutting me by continuously filing. There as a $10 surcharge added for using a card.

Attached is what I asked for and what I had to settle with and get. Never again.

Best salon I’ve been too! We were greeted right away which helps you feel like they want your business. Three of us got pedicures and each tech was nice and personable. They each did great work too! The salon was clean. TVs would be nice but they had music playing so it wasn’t awkwardly quiet. They have a clean restroom too, which is always a plus.

Prices are always good especially for the services and the product quality which is lacking every where else in this town lately. Also, never had issues with how clean they are !!! Top Notch overall

Worst nail experience of my life!! Been here before and never experienced anything like this. Wondering if it’s because I asked for a regular mani over gel nails…shouldn’t matter, but anyway… Tech did a half -a$$ed job from the beginning, starting at cuticle trim – barely cutting anything off. Then, MIDWAY, tells me that they need to charge me just before the polish! WHAT?! Either charge at the beginning or at the end, but not in the middle!!! Manager came over and started yelling at me to explain why they did things this way in this salon. She told me that at this point, they completed 70% of the job and I owed at least that portion. I told her “I understand” but that I cannot as a tip if the job is not finished (especially after the terrible cuticle trim!). She was obviously upset and responded rudely. I ignored it, signed the receipt with no tip, and the nail tech finished their rushed job with the polish. Terrible job. This cost me $40!!! Never going back and don’t recommend this place.

these photos don’t do it justice. this nail salon is clean, nice atmosphere but my nails look awful. they are short but they look awful. the nail polish isn’t evenly distributed it’s all caked up on the cuticles. my pedicure was fine other than the girl cut my toe nails wrong, didn’t cut the sides of the toe like they’re supposed to. the girl was very nice but the paint job on it was bad too. definitely not $80 worth of service. my professional nail lady was absolutely disappointed in the way this pedi was done. if i could give -10 stars i would.
