I have been coming here for the past year after trying a few other near by salons and this one definitely takes the cake. When I first came I was lucky to get scheduled with Rachel and have been with her ever since. She has been able to successfully re-create any nail design I show her and my nails last a long time no lifting or breaking.

This was my first bad experience at this nail salon, so I really didn’t think to pay too much attention to them. I was in a rush and on a call, so I didn’t pay attention to my nails till I got home. My nails are not even the same shape, he didn’t even take the time to get the powder off the sides of my finger, the yellow nail is already turning! For the price I paid on top of tip, definitely not worth it!

I had an excellent experience at Nexgen Nail Spa from the moment I walked in. Despite being a bit busy, I waited less than two minutes before being attended to. My nail technician was incredibly helpful in ensuring we selected the perfect color, and he did an amazing job on my Gel-X nails.(done by Sonny)

I also opted for a basic pedicure, wanting just my nails trimmed, shaped, and painted with gel. There was a bit of confusion since this is usually referred to as a color change, which I was unaware of. My nail tech initially started an upgraded pedicure, but once I realized the mix-up, I politely explained my preference. She spoke with the manager, and they quickly sorted it out for me. She was also very kind and sweet.( done by Nancy)

Overall, I felt very welcomed and respected throughout my entire visit. The staff’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident. I highly recommend Nexgen Nail Spa for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

This place is so amazing! We got in fast. There was 5 of us and the attended to us right away and they were busy. I got a pedicure and loved every minute. I highly recommend this place to anyone. My little girl, my oldest daughter and my sisters daughter got their nails done. They turned out amazing.
