I realized after coming here while visiting to get my nails done, why I never came back to begin with. First off there was a German cockroach climbing on the seat next to me as I was getting a pedicure. Thats pretty disgusting but honestly not even the thing that irritated me the most. The disrespect the employees were giving to each customer around me was awful. Attitude was given when a lady asked for tips and the employee got up and walked away very angry and then never came back. It’s completely unacceptable for a business to treat the customers like that. I will not be returning after this experience.

I love my nails! They did a great job on my nail fill and gel polish with flowers. This place is busy for a reason! I’ve had my nails done a few different places in Altoona and this one definitely gave the best results. fyi on the pics… my cuticles were damaged before I went in, they actually look much better after getting the nails done.

I will never go here again . Couldn’t believe how packed with clients they were ! First, never get a regular manicure, it will last 10 mins , she cut my skin, filed my nails barely, painted. My nails look the same as before I came in, just with clear polish. No hand massage or softing of skin or nails until I asked, 1 extra min for both hands . $20 ? My pedicure was ok, hot towls, stones & some massage. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all . Confusion everywhere , moving to different technicians for each client with multiple services. Didn’t feel like it was sanitary or cleaned throughly, just rushed to next client . $75 total for an hour with mani & pedicure. cash only… they pointed to 🏧 machine . I must have gotten a new person? You couldn’t communicate with any staff ? Just not what I would spend my money & time on again !

I had a great experience here! The salon is clean and stylish, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the quality of their work is excellent. The prices are also very reasonable.

My pedicure was great but getting my full set completely different story. I have limited range of motion in my wrists and he kept telling me to relax, throwing his file down, shaking my arms, pushing his chair back after I told him my wrists don’t twist unless my whole arm twists. A few times I didn’t think he was going to finish. I don’t recommend if you have any issues with flexibility.
